the scenes to simplify processes and ensure the team can focus on serving clients.
He is eager to grow his expertise in real estate, sales, and leadership, learning closely under the mentorship of Ariel Tirosh. Outside of work,
Steven enjoys hiking, running, and cooking Filipino dishes.

Larisa Dorn

Larisa Dorn is a marketing and market insights expert specializing in the luxury sector, with a focus on
high-end art, residential real estate, and contemporary design. She is the founder and CEO of Dornen Artifakt, a
firm that serves women in business across luxury real estate, galleries, interior design, hospitality, and private investment.
A Connecticut native, Larisa holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in
Anthropology from Stony Brook University. Her research focused on the community impact of institutions and human behavior.
Currently based in Manhattan, Larisa is an active member of the art community. She frequently participates in and judges
gallery exhibitions and art fairs across the city.

lead Tirosh & Team at Douglas Elliman, where I work with buyers, sellers,
and developers across New York City's dynamic residential real estate
market. From luxury homes to new developments, I enjoy the challenges of
the business, the relationships it builds, and the opportunity to help
bring great projects and ideas to life.
Originally from Jerusalem, I now call Manhattan's Upper West Side home,
where I live with my wife and three children. Outside of real estate, I'm
actively involved in my community and several civic initiatives, including
the Israeli-American Council (IAC) and AIPAC's Real Estate Division. I
believe that being part of a community means showing up, getting involved,
and building relationships that go beyond business.
