Dear Friends,

We hope you enjoyed your summer and managed to recharge.

We'll need all our energies for the upcoming fall which promises to be anything but boring.

The multiple anticipated rate drops that will likely mobilize the real estate market, the upcoming presidential election, the wars that are raging in my home country and other parts of the world, and the UN's Annual Conference which turns the city into one giant parking lot to name just a few...

I do, however, enjoy the bustling city very much, after what was a zombie town during the Covid era. The streets, parks, subways, and restaurants are full, the energetic vibe is back, and new generations (namely Gen Z) are pouring into town.

This season we are excited to introduce our newest condominium project at 609 Second Ave.

Conceived by a creative partnership between the Horizon Group, ODA, Fisher - Makooi Architects and my team, the building is custom tailored for the neighborhood and the current market.

With efficient and perfectly sized units, great finishes, fantastic views, and a thoughtfully, curated amenity package, the team hit what we believe to be the "sweet spot" in the market.

We've enjoyed the process(and challenges) immensely while working with this seriously talented crew (it's only been about seven years...).

I'll end my quick Oscar speech with thanks to David, Eran, Fariba, Vince, and their teams for their partnership and openness to new ideas.
