What's Selling This Summer? The Hamptons!

July 31, 2025

Hello,

This month, we're venturing out east—as the Hamptons are affectionately known by those in the know.

Originally the homeland of the Shinnecock Nation, this stretch of Long Island has long been prized for its abundant fishing waters and exceptionally fertile land. The area, known as the “South Fork,” extends all the way to Montauk and experienced a major transformation in the early 1970s with the completion of the Long Island Expressway.

The Hamptons Summer social calendar is buzzing—with highlights including the Hamptons Fine Art Fair, the RAND Luxury Hamptons Concours car show, Polo Hamptons, and a long list of musical events and concerts. And of course, it’s home to some of the finest beaches and dining on the East Coast.

The luxury real estate market here continues to soar, with over $1.4 billion in home sales from April to June 2025 alone—a 15% increase from the same period last year.

This month, we are featuring 33 Lily Pond Lane in East Hampton, listed by our friend and colleague Erica Grossman. This dreamy estate sits on 2 oceanfront acres with 170 feet of private beachfront, a separate guest house, pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and basketball court—an extraordinary retreat in one of the most coveted addresses in the Hamptons.

Wishing you a peaceful and enjoyable summer, wherever it finds you.

Warmly,

Ariel
